Hi there! Thought it was about time that I wrote a blog about me so here goes!!!!!  My name is Melanie (but everyone knows me as Mel!) and I have been at TCP since 1992! (That’s a staggering 14 years!! - I can’t believe it myself!!).  I started work at TCP straight from college and have only left to have my two gorgeous boys – I now work two days a week here which I have to admit does keep my mind active!!

When I first started all those many years ago, there was only six of us in total and it has been amazing to see how the Organisation has expanded!

I have been involved in many events during the years but the one that will always hold a special place is EURO96.  Myself and Robert had to go and stay up in London for a whole month in the HQ hotel and deal with all the guests accommodation requirements.  It was mad but fantastic! The perks were brilliant!  We got to go and see every football match at Wembley stadium and were given many freebies including a signed England Football!!  It was amazing.  My husband (well fiancé as he was back then!!!) would come up every weekend to see me but I think it was mainly to watch the football!!!!!

Now a bit about my home life.  I have been married now for 8 years and as I mentioned have two lovely (sometimes troublesome) boys!! Joseph is 7 years old and Josh is 4 years old with the attitude of a teenager already!!!!!!  They certainly keep me out of trouble – they both have more of a social life than I do!!!!
