Hi, as many of the others this is my very first blog, so please bear me with me. 

I have been with the company for over 6 years now and have enjoyed every minute.  I originally started my post in event management which was fab, like my colleague Rose had mentioned previously the best thing about the job is doing all the administration then going onto the event to see that all of your hard work has paid off. 

Although I did like my time in Event Management I did want to try something different and over the last five years have spent my time in Venue finding.  This has given me the chance to go and visit many different places over the country and in Europe (this has to be the best part of my job)

Last week I spent two days in St Andrews in Scotland and stayed at the Old Course (www.oldcoursehotel.co.uk), I myself am not a keen golfer but even the atmosphere of the town blew me away. The hotel has just recently undergone a refurbishment and it is just beautifull and well worth a visit.  When I stayed at this property I was given an Old Course Suite which was amazing, decked out in Aubergines, reds and lovely neutral colours and even better knowing that one of the greats like Tiger Woods or Colin Montgomerie etc, may have also stayed in this room aswell! (ha ha ha)

Well go to go now but will write later on all the other hotels and places that I have visited.
