Our next eBay University http://pages.ebay.co.uk/university/ is fast approaching. It’s on June 9 at the Business Design Centre in Islington http://www.businessdesigncentre.co.uk/

For those of you new to our blog, this is a day of eBay-centric seminars aimed at improving your sales on eBay. We’ve managed nearly 40 of these events for eBay over the past four years and they are a resounding success. Best of all, it’s only £49 to attend, which, when you consider you’re learning directly from eBay staff, is cracking value.

Our Venue Finding team have sourced us some terrific venues for these events, not only the Ricoh Arena, home of Coventry City Football Club, and the BDC, but also the SECC in Glasow and Manchester Central (formerly MICC).

These events are a great showcase for our online delegate management system. As you can imagine, eBay gets a huge amount of traffic, and it’s a thorough test of the robustness of our system. I’m very proud to say the system has never been down for any length of time since we developed it 4 years ago, a pretty impressive achievement (hope I haven’t tempted fate now)!!

We’re staying at the very stylish Hilton Islington http://www.hilton.co.uk/islington before the event, very handy for those trendy little bars on Upper Street (early night of course)!
