Just reading in The Caterer that a new 5 star hotel with conference facilities is on schedule to be open for business next month in one of my favourite cities, Belfast.

The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast is situated on Great Victoria Street, right in the city centre, and will certainly create numerous new jobs for locals. The conference suites are reasonably small, up to 40 delegates, but the hotel has a boutique feel making it ideal for smaller meetings or incentives.
