My name is Rachel Erridge and I am currently a student at Sussex Downs College. For my course I have to do work experience and I chose to come to The Conference People. I have now been at The Conference People for the last seven days and have really enjoyed the experience. I have worked with both the Venue Finding team and the Event Management team.

During my first day I went to Felbridge Hotel for a planning meeting with one of their clients, Novo Nordisk, which I found very insightful and interesting. For the rest of the week I worked with the Venue Finding department. The whole team was so welcoming and really helpful. For my second week I worked with the Event Management department. They showed me how they operated and I spoke with everyone in the team. They informed me of what their role within the team was and how their jobs all link in together to make the company so efficient.

I have loved working with the people at The Conference People, the atmosphere is great and they have really made me feel like part of the team. I would like to thank The Conference People, they have been very good to me and are an excellent group of people to work with.
