Whilst reading through an article about the transient nature of the events industry staff, I did a quick bit of maths and realised that our eight longest serving members of staff have, collectively, clocked up exactly 100 years of service at The Conference People.
This is something I’m incredible proud of, especially in the current economic environment, also because the staff are spread across venue finding and event management so we and our clients benefit from experience with every service we offer.
On top of this, we’ve hired 5 new staff in the past 12 months, so we have a lovely blend of fresh faces and ideas, combined with industry understanding and creativity.
So, enough gloating, but thank you and very well done to Robert (of course, 23 years), Mel(18), Rosie(15), Jacqui (15),Karen (10), Me (7), Sarah (6) ,Phil (6).
