Treat your guests to a private Sabrage evening in Kensington at The Milestone Hotel. Sabrage is the art of opening a bottle of champagne by severing the glass neck with a sabre. This flamboyant behaviour dates from the early 1800’s when dashing cavalry officers in Napoleon’s army took to “beheading” bottles rather than opening them in the conventional manner!

Each guest will enjoy a variety of canapés, as well as being given the opportunity to take a sabre to their own bottle of Benoît Lehaye ‘Grand Cru Bouzy’, Brut. This is a private evening suitable for groups of two guests up to thirty. Each one will receive a certificate of confirmation of Sabraging.
