We will contact each of your conference speakers and assist them wherever required in the preparation and adaptation of their slides into a standard format, if appropriate.   Our service includes the request and compilation of speaker biographies for the delegate pack.

Any necessary equipment required to support such presentations will be overseen and secured by The Conference People and any accommodation requirements will be met.  All speakers will be briefed well in advance of time schedules for deadlines for presentations and rehearsal times.
