The Conference People - Customer service is the heart of everything we do

The Conference People was the brainchild of founders, Robert Enefer and Maggie Doyle back in 1986 and has continued to grow and thrive for many years in an ever moving and exciting industry.

Whilst Maggie medically retired in 2001, Robert remained at the helm until 2023 before stepping into a consultancy role to support the change of ownership to our new MD Niki Rule; who comes with a background in Events of more than 25 years.

The well-established team at The Conference People continue to offer a bespoke, personal service to our clients - finding venues for free for their events year on year, as well as welcoming our new customers onboard too.

 As an independent company, The Conference People's principles remain the same throughout; transparency, openness and honesty in everything we do. 

We pride ourselves on the consistency and retention of team members at The Conference People. We have over 100 year's of event experience between us!

In 2023 we work in a hybrid model. We value our co-working time together and our flexibility to work in a creative and collaborative environment whilst retaining a healthy work life balance.
