The Holiday Inns and Crowne Plaza at Heathrow organised a two night fam weekend. We stayed at the Holiday Inn M4 J4.  It's meeting area is called The Academy and it includes 15 self-contained business suites with dedicated staff to help ensure events are a success. The Academy is air-conditioned throughout and located at the back of the hotel with a separate entrance with in-house audio visual support.

On the Saturday we travelled to Windsor on the River Boat run by a company called The French Brothers. Once in Windsor we had some free time to explore the castle and of course shop!!! Once back safely at the Holiday Inn M4 J4 we had a Hawaiian themed BBQ.

On the Sunday we travelled over to the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Ariel.  The hotel has seven Academy rooms to choose from - accommodating up to 50 delegates and 30 syndicate rooms with natural daylight up to 10 delegates.

Our next stop was the Crowne Plaza London Heathrow Hotel which is conveniently located for all Heathrow airport terminals including the new Terminal 5. In addition M4 & M40 are only minutes away. All bedrooms are spacious and modern and equipped with air conditioning and high speed Internet. The Crowne Plaza London Heathrow is the place to meet with 23 meeting and conference rooms for up to 200 delegates.

After all the venue inspections were over we took park in a mini quiz to see how much we had remembered and I was lucky enough to win a trip to Amsterdam, it included flights with KLM and three nights accommodation at The Holiday Inn Amsterdam which located south of Amsterdam city centre is an ideal hotel for both business and leisure travellers. The Holiday Inn Amsterdam has 11 multi-functional meeting- and breakout rooms so can accommodate every type of meeting, conference or event up to 450 guests. Whilst in Amsterdam we went to the Van Gogh Museum and went on the Canal Cruise run by Viator Canal Cruises which was a wonderful way to see the city, I love the architecture in Amsterdam.
